As a key member of the Portugal Production team, my role is to strategically
manage the development and production processes of footwear, accessories, and apparel.
My mission is to ensure that brands—whether new or established—can efficiently bring their
products to market with high quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
To excel in this role, I need a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and
communication skills to bridge the gap between designers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
